Wanted to get a 2nd opinion so I left without getting work done. We were told first visit is free. They still charged us.. We asked about it.. they said we would get a refund.. still waiting for the refund that has yet to get sent back. I paid for the xrays (which ARE your property) but still we have yet to receive them. Every time we call we get the run around. Of course this makes us not want to return. *it's been over 3 weeks now.

Spent over $5000 on braces for our son. On visit to get braces off they cut a large gouge into his cheek. Never got an apology or anything, just a shrug of the shoulders.. He is autistic and hard of hearing (just had Cochlear implanted), so he has a hard time expressing his feelings so didn't tell us about the gouge until we were home (an hour away). I called Fixari for my niece first thing on Monday morning to set up an appt. This office came up when I searched for dentists in network with the insurance we recently purchased. I spoke with Tiffany. We called on the phone several time during the day as Tiffany explained that she would verify insurance prior to scheduled appointment at 5 pm. What an incredible office. Dr. Bobby is the first and only dentist I have ever met who understands my specific medical conditions. His chairside manner is unparalleled, and it's clear he truly cares. Erica and Kim are fantastic, as well. I can't imagine going anywhere else now.
