I dont usually give bad reviews but this time I had to speak up. Glad I got a second/third dental opinion! Fixari Dental will never get my business again. Fool me once, shame on you,tried to Fool me twice shame on YOU..Wont be a third!!! The crown Fixari said I wasn't able to get due to tooth being cracked was totally wrong, the two other dentist said not cracked, may be weak but not cracked and can get a crown if choose so or a bridge. I had an appointment gave all my insurance information. Got there receptionist said she verified my insurance went back saw dr and someone came in room trying to collect 320 saying they were not a provider for my insurance. I called insurance company which called office on 3 way and needless to say she hung up on insurance company as well. Very rude and totally unprofessional and such a huge waste of time.
As always we had a good experience at Fixari Family Dental. We have being going to Fixari for well over 20 years. My son went there and now his daughter is also going. They are always pleasant and professional. We started going there when Bev was the receptionist and although I believe she was exceptional, they now have others following in her footsteps. Nice staff however over priced. Convenient location.
My first arrived at the office the front office people were very friendly. Professional and courteous. However when I went back to the chair where my procedure to place all that changed. The back-office people were doing their job and they were friendly there there to protect the doctors interested in making his money and that kind of thing however I'm to the point now where I would never come back to the dental office ever again. Talked me into Care Card a credit card held by the Synchrony Bank. Did not realize when i was talked into this card. Got late on payments charged an enormous amount on late fees. Two days before Thanksgiving received a letter from Sychrony Bank,Amazon Macy's my credit has just been totally ruined. I will be talking to the accounting department for Fixari Dental very soon. Thaksgiving really what a dirty rotten thing to do. Talk soon
