Stop encouraging a possible Covid 19 patient to come into the office to avoid a 80.00 fee. No one should be charged 80.00 because they arent feeling well. Especially if they have Covid 19 symptoms. I cant even go to work with Covid 19 sx . But you charge people 80.00 .So I asked the mgr if he wants people coming in there with Covid symptoms and he said no but still charging me 80.00. Ridiculous! I will report to the news and to the State attorney general when I recieve the bill.

Because I questioned a billing error on your part, and your complete incompadant staff, you cut me off from fixing these POS dentures from actually fitting you throw up a certified letter from further contact. Stay away from these hacks. Completely inexperienced. Extremely disappointed with the people who deal with day to day operations. Very disrespectful. Completely lacking in any knowledge of insurance or their ability to lie about it.

The Dentist’s are great but some of the office staff aren’t helpful at all. I have been going for several years and lately have been having a bad experience. This office referred me to a Periodontist for the problems I was experiencing. In the last few weeks I have been asking the office staff to send my X rays to the Periodontist they referred me to . I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.... MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BE CHARGED UP-FRONT! Fixari told me what it cost for the work I was having done based on my insurance and I set up a payment plan. When I called to make a payment, the person told me I owed over $900 more than they originally told me. I complained and said how can I owe so much more? worst excuse for a dentist office I ever ben to.i paid them almost 2700 to have some work done it was the worst thing I ever had done the partial is garbage and all they wanna do is tell u oh well.had a crown put in and it does not match my original tooth at all.then after several months of them attempting to force this thing to fit instead of making a new 1 they ask me if I wanna settle up my bill of 668 I asked for what told her I paid it in full before having work done and the girl at the desk on Kimberly parkways says oh... read more

I had been a patient w the Fixaris for 27 years and have decided to seek a new dentist due to the horrific experience I have had with their billing dept. I had not been to the office for over 9 months and receive a $800.00 bill. I have insurance and immediately start leaving messages asking what the invoice was for and no one returned calls. I have never had someone be so politely rude to me before, especially in a professional setting. My son has autism and was having a tough time with his sealants. After completing the first two with quite a bit of crying, we were asked if it would be best to reschedule. When I declined, feeling pretty sure I could get him to calm and get through it, we were basically told we needed to come back when there weren’t other patients around. The dentist and dental assistances all do an outstanding job. I grew frustrated with the staff in the office who failed to return my phone call for weeks (4+ to be exact) to answer my questions about the cost of service and insurance. That was very disappointing to me because I otherwise did enjoy my experience with them.
