Dr. Hicks and his staff is totally awesome... One of the best dentists in Lancaster County.. He cares how bad for his patience? He's very kind ...kudos to him and his staff.

I was very nervous for this visit because I knew I hadn't been the best about dental care. Dr. Hicks, Jen, and Paula were amazing. Paula was very reassuring and the most kind. She called to check on me after my appointment to make sure I was okay. HIGHLY recommend this office for anyone who is nervous at all about the dentist!

I am not a fan of dentists. However, Dr. Hicks is great! He is gentle and takes time during appointment to thoroughly explain everything. His staff is friendly and courteous. No upsale pressures here like your on a used car lot like some dental practices. Although they do not take insurance, they will bill your insurance for you. Service pricing seems fair and typically just above insurance “reasonable and customary “ amounts.
