Nice group of people at this office. Very different experience for me as this place uses very new “tools of the trade”. Scanning my teeth and gums the way you would print a copy on your home printer was one of the quite interesting ( and painless) procedures that give you and your dentist a good look and a record of where things are now. First visit for me means good start. Looking forward to other positive experiences. Only time will tell.
As always, I received the best care possible. Julia is the best . No pain again. She is a really nice lady who cares about your comfort. Thank you Dr. Hicks for having her employee.
Dr Hicks has a wonderful, friendly staff. My hygienist of choice is Julia. She makes an effort to get to know me and keep me at ease. She is also very knowledgeable. No need to be afraid of going to the dentist!

I was able to have my teeth cleaned. Very good experience.
The cleaning went well. When I was checking out I was told I needed to come back for some gum work. Since I wasn’t sure what this was for I called the office when I got home and they told me it was certain parts of my gums that needed attention. It would’ve been good if I had known it before I left the office and if I have any questions, I could’ve talked with someone.
The young lady that cleaned my teeth was very thorough and careful as well. She took time and let me know what to do at home.
