We have greatly enjoyed our landscaping, especially our patio area. During the late fall when the sun was warm and the air cool we found ourselves relaxing on the patio enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of the woods in Hocking Hills. I previously left a 5 star review but will have to back track on that now. I have tried for weeks (starting in February)to have HC come out and repair a small boulder that was delivered/installed with some kind of paint/marker on it. I tried to remove the markings but was unsuccessful. I have had minimal response and/or told they would “check with production” but nothing has been done. Markings may occur during the quarrying and handling processes and can sometimes be stubborn to remove, as the stone is porous and absorbs color over time.
