My experience with this company has been a complete disappointment. Not only did they fail to communicate with me at all during the proces (until I forced them to) the work itself is not completed and looks horrific. They hired a complete fly by night subcontractor to complete the concrete portion, and then were unwilling to take responsibility for that company.
