Todays start was not a fun experience. The crew cut into a hidden wasp nest. Several stings to the face unfortunately happened. However pruning continued. Thanks to the crew they overcome and completed the day doing a super job. Especially the tough request by the owner to trim a tree so the street light could serve its purpose. We loved our original design. The construction process was smooth and the workers were polite. However, since then, when plants started to die and the lawn never recovered, we have been unable to get anyone to respond. Our original designer no longer works at the company, the person who replaced her no longer works at the company and subsequent emails asking to replace dead bushes have gone unanswered despite repeated attempts at contact. My experience with this company has been a complete disappointment. Not only did they fail to communicate with me at all during the proces (until I forced them to) the work itself is not completed and looks horrific. They hired a complete fly by night subcontractor to complete the concrete portion, and then were unwilling to take responsibility for that company.
