Do not use this company! They are scams! Read the reviews on Angies List and the BBB. With an estimate of $5,000 to remove mold- please keep in mind all mold is not bad mold. They were rude and unprofessional on the phone as well. Do not use the coupon to get them to your house.
This service tech Mike will scam you and steal your money... beware????
They lied about mold in our HVAC. Called for a second opinion from a licensed gentleman. Came the next day, opened everything up to find nothing, even told me he wouldnt even recommend a cleaning as it was not warranted. This is a scam company that gives you a 50 dollar cleaning coupon (actually costs 135, not 50), and then tells you that mold has infested your home to later try to charge 700. Avoid at all costs.
Very negative experience. We scheduled a cleaning on a property using their coupon and had to wait a couple weeks for them to come out. Total bill was supposed to be less than $70. Their guy shows up to the house and now the bill is $199+. I was told that the coupon didn't include duct cleaning even though the coupon specifically says it does -- and they knew specifically what we wanted done when the appointment was set. I'm concerned that the review from "Fred" in December of 2015 is the same one that was also attributed to Fred dated February of 2013.
I've read the good ones now heres a negative one..Made appt over two weeks ago..for the very reason to have first appt of the day......Got a call from tech says they cant make it.....short on manpower wanted to reschedule....I missed work half a day to be here for this appt..thats why i scheduled 2 weeks ago.. Dont you people(co) get it. Stay away from this company! Not only do they use bait and switch tactics to sell their services, they make a huge mess in your home and then do nothing to clean it up. I just had Indy Air Care in to provide an estimate for duct cleaning. They were running a $39.95 special so I looked at their website and decided to give them a try. They came to my home and looked at my duct system and provided an estimate of $569.00 just to clean the ducts. With the add-ons the total was $1300. I will never use your company again. The service man was nice enough but I feel I didn't get what my coupon said I would get since I had used your company before. He wanted $350 do clean another main line but that main line was tied into the new gas furnace so I am not sure why it was not concerned one unit but at this point it doesn't matter. My experience was horrible. The tech Steve seemed real nice but didn't know what he was talking about. I had to leave for work and my parents stayed while he finished. When I got home I found I was charged $160+ extra in work. I had a coupon for $49.95 for 14 vents, 1 return and a main trendline plus a complete system inspection. I thought I was paying for that and an additional amount for sanitizing.
