Services were not worth the price!
I was not very comfortable with the technician who came out. He was nice and didn't do anything inappropriate but I felt like he talked to me like I was a dumb woman. I am actually a very intelligent person who is quite mechanical. I understand our home did not look very updated and our yard is a mess due to unexpected personal expenses the last few years, but the extra advice given about how to keep the areas around our vents, AC, etc., wasn't appreciated. Wasn't sure what to think about coupon only good for a job half done . Seemed deceptive to me. Didn't like the explanation I got about how if I didn't pay more, why do anything at all. Too many "why just do this, and leave that?' When I schedule a job, I don't expect half of it done. I expect this review won't be included on your webpage. Also, you might let your employees know to keep quiet about being paid cash. The IRS might find out.
Our heater did not work after staff came and cleaned our supply vents. I called the next day, first thing in the morning, and someone came and fixed it at the end of the day. Our original technician was courteous, though apparently not entirely competent. I feel as though the coupons are a "bait and switch" tactic. No one will actually be able to clean all their vents for the coupon price and additional vents cost as much as the original coupon. I was disappointed. The technician was kind and knowledgable. The upsell tactics and additional cost for services being suggested came acrossed as forced and awkward.

They were honest with what needed to be done and provided a comprehensive estimate of the work to be completed.
