Cost was no where near their sales dollar per lineal foot advertisement. Work was generally good except for two downspout errors that dropped them to a C rating. The installer used poor judgement on the visual appearance and had to redo the downspouts. They worked in my stone driveway and left a small amount of screws on the ground, I had to clean them up to avoid a tire puncture. They did do a general cleanup of the debris but just not enough. When I contracted with them, John Caruso explained to me the gutter system he recommended for my home. It was a leaf-free gutter system, which was superior and more expensive than a regular gutter system. He told me they were 6 inches and never explained the dimensions of my home. Upon his recommendation, I agreed to the system he recommended and signed a contract. After interviewing half a dozen gutter companies over the last few years, I chose KGuard. I had made it very clear to the salesman that I wanted to be called on my cell phone when the job was going to be done. This did not happen. When I arrived home there was a message on my answering stating when they would be at my house, which was after I had left for work. They were super fast at getting back to me to quote the job but said they would call to schedule and since we had an active leak in the roof we would be a priority. After I called 3 times and got no return phone call I went with another company. In March I received a call to schedule. Even if I had a non leaking roof that is far too long to go without communication.

During the winter months we tried to replace the roof as soon as weather permitted. This customer cancelled their contract with us January 14th, 2016. We did not contact the customer after that for an install.
They were paid to install gutters with mesh guards but when ice cycles formed on my gutters I called them. They had NOT installed leaf guards at all! They took months to 'order' the guards. They installed them 4/6/16 after many phone calls. The covers are NOISY when it rains and the rattling keeps us awake. I may have to get an attorney.

We did make a mistake in the job processing. We installed a basic 6" gutter without stainless steel micro mesh during the original install. We would like to say we are perfect, without mistakes, but occasionally we make a mistake and strive to correct it. They provided covered gutters on one side of the house. They arranged the downspouts so that they emptied out front (instead of onto the driveway, which leaked into the basement.) Another provider said this couldn't be done. It's working well.
Replaced current gutters. Were unable to correct overflow issues as promised by sales person.
The installers arrived on time and worked efficiently. They answered any questions I had. A few weeks after installation I was wakened from sleep by the hard rain beating on their gutter downspout. I called and the first customer – service rep was unsympathetic .
