Don't try calling K-Guard if you have a warranty issue. From the chat service to the web page itself, I tried three phone numbers, called a total of 10 times, and got disconnected each time. Why list a phone number if you have no intention on answering your customers?

Found K-Guard on google and saw that they did free estimates. Called to get someone to come out and spoke to the manager, Jeremy. He was very professional and was able to send Larry Moore out, the next day!! The appointment was for 6 pm and he called the day of the appointment to say that he could actually come out earlier! He showed up and was very friendly. Told me about the company and the two gentlemen that run the business. It took less than 15 minutes to do the estimate on a split level house! The K system can be proven to be the best out there. The job was done early and done well. The crew cleaned up the yard well. The crew were employees, not sub contractors like so many others use now. If you want the best go with k guard.

We purchased our KGuard system last summer. This could be a fantastic thing but it has been awful. The installation looks bad, (of course they knew what they were doing). We had constant major icicles every time it snowed, they added a heat line that was NOT installed properly, and the constant creaking and popping is about to drive us nuts! As much as this cost us you'd think it would be better. We gave up after the 'owner' brought a second crew over to 'fix' the problems. I guess we should be happy that at least it sort ... read more

I wanted to surprise my husband on our 40th wedding anniversary with a gift to stop climbing the ladders to clean leaves out of the gutters. John Dallaire with K-Guard came out to give me an estimate. He was very friendly, professional, explained the process and answered all my questions. Everything from start to finish was top notch! Their was no pressure to buy. The crew showed up on time and my new gutters were completed by lunch time. K-Guard of Kansas City is a great company to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for clog free gutters.
