sucked and rude
Scheduled a free estimate,Guy came 4 days later just showed up didn't call before.Priced a 62 foot straight piece of gutter with 2 downspouts on our deck and we had to cut the hole out where the downspouts to be at for $2800.00,and required half money down before work to begun(only company that wanted that)Needless to say we didn't use this company.Went with another and cost less then half that amount and done it on a scheduled date that we wanted and are pleased with their work.

It was never explained about gook/gum build up on shield which requires cleaning at least yearly. Kind of defeats purpose of not worrying about gutter cleaning. At least not from leaf build up in the gutter.
We purchased the K-guard gutters shortly after purchasing our home, about 2006. The gutters are very nice, but now the gutters that we thought we would never have to clean, are now covered with pieces from the local trees. The surface tension is broken and rain tends to flow over the gutter to the ground and plants below. We were told by another k-guard company that the local company should clean the gutters. Ms Jones, Thank you for your recent review of your K-Guard leaf free gutter system! While K-Guard gutters are guaranteed not to clog which in this case they haven't, culprits such as leaves, debris, weather patterns, etc. can cause a build up over several years, nine in this matter, similar to other flat/slightly angled surfaces. We would suggest a local handyman to physically wipe the hood of the gutter with a solution of mild soap and water, or they can spray the build-up off of the hood and nose of the gutter with a g... read more
