I received a flyer in the mail by K-Guard, and as a Civil Drainage Engineer was intrigued and felt challenged by the flyer stating "Eliminate clogged gutters and drainage issues forever". Well, having been resigned to my fate of having basement flooding issues due to a lethal mix of a high groundwater table and rainwater causing my basement to flood every year, I decided to challenge K-Guard! With the ingeniousness nature of Francisco, the lead gutter installer and the compassion of Dan, the scheduler, to my plight, this all around gutter system has the high potential to show an engineering solution to my defunct French Drain systems and over-taxed sump pump. I believe this system did the trick! I took K-Guard to task during our first Labor Day downpour and it worked! I will definitely recommend K-Guard gutters to all my clients when faced with drainage problems around their home. Thank you Jackson for your personal attention to my dilemma!

Ryan was very pleasant and courteous. Did a great job and fixed a few other needed things like oiling and fixings the wall opener ! Will recommend them to all my neighbors and friends !!!

Our home had a failing Leaf Guard system that was about 7 years old. The gutters began to fail after 3 years, rotting the fascia. I fought for years trying to get Leaf Guard to address the rotting fascia. It became apparent that Leaf Guard was not going to take any responsibility to make the needed repairs. We decided to remove the Leaf Guard gutters and replace with KGuard. Our experience with KGuard was amazing from start to finish. Paul came to give the quote. He was friendly, professional and reassured us that the KGuard system was designed so water would not flow behind the gutter and rot the fascia. He also let us know that regular maintenance would be provided to make sure gutters are clean and functioning properly every year. All we had to do was call for a service appointment and they would come out and inspect the entire system. The installers, Frank, Michael and Cody, were fantastic. They work like a well-oiled machine. The truck showed up and cut the measured gutters and then the crew came and did the install. They were on time, friendly, cleaned up after the job. You can tell this crew has worked together for a while and gets along. They were often joking amongst themselves. Showing they enjoyed each other and their jobs. Jeremy was also very helpful letting me know which day, who to expect and if I had any problems to contact him directly. I recommend the KGuard system, not Leaf Guard, and we are happy with the results. We still have a few original gutters to replace and will be back. Thanks to all.

The system is great and we had an amazing experience with not only Jeff our Salesman but Jackson called to follow up. They take customer service very seriously, did not pressure me at all and really respected my time. I would recommend them to my closest friends and grandparents because I know they will be taken care of. Not to mention the price was very reasonable based on the scope of work, I was very impressed!
