Excellent first impression from the time I entered the door. Pleasant decor, pleasantly greeted by front office staff. Hygienist was professional and attentive to my comfort.. I arrived early for my appointment. I was taken to the treatment area and was done 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment was to begin! I never used to like going to the dentist but since going to Dr. Rice, while not necessarily looking forward to it, I no longer dread it. She is competent, efficient, and professional while still providing a personal atmosphere and caring service. The same can be said of every member of her staff that I have had the opportunity to interact with. My family and I have had a positive and pleasant dental experience with Dr. Rice and her staff. Dr. Rice and her staff are receptive and warm.
