I liked the professionalism of my visit and thought Dr. Rice was good and knowledgeable. However, I had too wait longer than expected and felt I was chastised for being premedicated with an antibiotic that was standard practice for many years. I didn't make the decision but previous dentist did. Dr. Rice has been our family's dentist for approximately 20 years and we love her. We were talked into trying a different dentist last year and quickly regretted it. Dr. Rice and her staff actually care about their patients and make you feel like family not just a number. My son needed to get a tooth looked at for pain and Dr. rice and as patient with him. She didn't even let him know what she was doing, which was filling his tooth. I just love this office. The ladies at the desk are courteous and helpful, the hygienists are friendly and informative, and Dr. Rice is a straight-shooter. She takes care of me. On tuesday my daughter and I had our 6 month cleaning. No surprise we had another GREAT visit. To quote my 10 year daughter on the car ride home. "Mom I love going to the dentist!" I can not express enough how at home we feel with Dr Rice and her staff!!
