I visited Dr. Rice's office for the first time for a teeth cleaning. Due to health issues, she explained why I needed to take antibiotics prior to having dental work done. Although I was disappointed, I was impressed with Dr. Rice and her staff's professionalism and how they put my safety first. A second visit was scheduled for the next week. I had my first appt. at Kimberly Rice DDS and it was great. Very friendly staff, Shannon explained everything she was doing. Had helpful tips and we even had some laughs. Can't always say that about a dentist trip. Thanks to one of my co-workers for recommending them. Absolutely LOVED this office. Staff was extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Rice's philosophy fit right with mine....watch things that are concerning and replace them as needed (not just because).
