I was very impressed with this dentist. They explained everything they were doing and why. They gave me options for everything. They really cared about me as a patient. I am a senior citizen with a complicated dental history. I came to the practice after the sudden retirement of my dentist of almost 20 years. This meant the completion of a difficult implant procedure that had been started but not finished by former dental office. Dr. Morrow and Dr. Cocolis have worked together to provide the best outcome. They have been kind and patient. And as a senior citizen with no dental insurance the practice offers a discount. First, all people I met were very friendly and helpful. Having water in waiting room a plus. A suggestion: when you're on your back in a relatively hard dentist chair for more than an hour it takes a toll on your back. Suggest checking neck support and perhaps even suggesting to patient to stand up and stretch back after 45-60 minutes. I have had a couple of visits and continue to be impressed by all of the doctors and staff here! The front office staff are courteous and responsive and every procedure is done with care and attentiveness. My husband and daughters have been going to Dr. Cocolis' group for several years. All the staff have been friendly, courteous and respectful. Our daughters, who are now 7, have always felt at ease and actually look forward to going to the dentist. Even when the practice stopped accepting our Tricare Dental plan, we continued with the group, paying out of pocket, because of the high quality of care. <i>This review was submitted for the provider's practice, and may reference another provider within the practice.</i>

A great contrast to the stories I hear at the office...Julie always does a great job with the cleaning! She explains everything along the way with encouragement for good brushing and prompting for improvement (amazing how that makes a difference!). Dr. Morrow provided exceptional insight and the teamwork with Julie was practiced and seamless. Julie handed me off to Tiffany at billing, where the discussion about insurance coverage was clear and extremely informed. We never want to go to the dentist, but I won't mind my next v... read more
