I had a Root canal done yesterday and My experience was beyond expected. I was very nervous getting the anesthesia but Dr.Sanam and her assistant made me feel comfortable and at ease. They made sure I did not feel any pain or anxiety. Dr.Sanam (endodontist) and her assistant (Pam)were FANTASTIC! During the procedures, I didn't feel pain and the procedure was a success. Dr. Cocolis and his staff are very professional. I really like that Dr. C explains the process clearly. He is really a great person and a Top Dentist. His dental assistant was exceptional I wish I remembered her name (sorry). She was the best I have had in many years. Really personable asking how I was doing or if I needed anything. Today was a routine cleaning with Julie. She consistently does an excellent job and takes time to explain what she is doing and why. And Dr. Cocolis reviews status of my dental health and addresses any issues or questions I have. This practice uses cutting edge techniques ... for example, creating a crown for my tooth during an office visit last year. The best ever. The entire staff is wonderful. Dr. C knows I am a chicken when it comes to needles, and he is the best dentist. I'm not saying I don't feel a little pain, but he sure makes it easy to come back. The Doctors and the Staff at Dr. Cocolis' office are Simply the Best. They offered my children last minute appointment openings over Spring Break. Knowing the staff thought about us, with school age children, was amazing. This helped them avoid missing more school, which is a Win Win for everyone. Thank you to an Amazing group of people. While flossing my teeth the other night I broke my lingual retainer that I have had for a year and a half. Called Dr. Cocolis' office and they were quick to get me seen and taken care of without any hesitation. Pam, the excellent dental assistant, made the whole experience enjoyable. So thankful to have a team that is so well organized and work together to make your appointment quick and painless.
