After a 5 year hiatus from Dr. Pete C.... I'm back! lingering and chronic tooth pain led me to call him on Sunday evening - and look at that - they fit me in first thing Monday morning! You really cannot ask for more in a dentist. Thankfully the diagnosis is that bruising should reduce in a few days, but all the same, I'm grateful for Dr. Pete and his staff for taking care of me so quickly! I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years, and have always found it be very professional, thorough and friendly. Everyone (office staff, hygienist and dentist) is excellent to work with. I especially like that they coordinate so closely with another dental specialist that I see - the two offices seamlessly share x-rays and notes. My last visit was for a crown replacement. As always, every member of the staff in this office is friendly, accommodating and professional. Dr. Cocolis asked me how I was feeling since I had cancelled a previous appointment because I was sick. When I told him I was having problems with high blood pressure, he immediately said he would numb the area to prevent any stress I might have that would cause my blood pressure to be affected while he was working on me. Dr. Cocolis and staff were very knowledgeable and professional as per usual. He was able to take care of a tooth that was causing me some discomfort and put it right. They were more than helpful and offered assistance if anything negative should arise. Dr. Cocolis is fantastic. I went in for my 6-monthly cleaning and he really went above and beyond, offering to polish my teeth as well! He was able to work with my schedule which was really great. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now (as weird as that may sound). All of the staff are incredible friendly, kind, helpful and efficient. As a person that has anxiety about the dentist, I can say that after visiting Dr. Cocolis and his staff, it has subsided to practically nothing. This was my first visit to this Dr. and my first dental visit in an embarrassingly long time, so I was nervous. The intake team was fast and professional, but very personable and disarming, so we started out on the right foot already.
