I have been a patient for 8 years. I have always been greeted with a friendly smile - from everyone. I have been treated with respect in all ways. Yesterday's appointment was for a routine cleaning. My hygenist was on time, and as always, performed my cleaning in a professional, thorough & gentle process. As always, they checked my blood pressure and performed an oral cancer screening. Came in for two fillings. I was in and out in no time. Dr Cocolis has skills so he took care of me. I never felt pain when he performed the work, put the filling in, shaped my tooth, and reaglined my bite perfectly. Dr. Cocolis and his entire staff serve their patients with compassion and integrity. They are skilled practitioners who work extremely hard to build relationships with their patients. They listen to each person's needs and address each one in an individualized manner. Warmly greeted upon arrival. The hygienist was ready for me at my appointment time. Explained to me what she was doing through the whole process. When I talked to Dr. Cocolis, it was clear that he is very good at his profession and is very patient in explaining treatment alternatives and why he advocates one over the other. After almost 9 months dealing with this tooth for extraction to implant/crown it is finally done. I have been very pleased with both the oral surgeon who relieved me of the offending tooth to Dr Cocolis for the final crown. I am very impressed with this practice. I observed them having a morning briefing to be sure every one was aware of all that would happen that day and be ready to deal with it.
