Referred to Feazel by a family member. Unfortunately my experience was less than satisfactory. Had Feazel out several times to look at storm damaged roof, including once with insurance adjuster. All these visits required me to miss work so I could be at home. Once insurance came back that they weren't going to cover the roof I got completely ghosted by Feazel on three separate occasions. Shanco sent Michael the betrayer to my house, in violation of the words of BRUCE LEMON. Michael pretended very obviously to laugh at my perfect siding, and efficiently wasted my time when I attempt to call him. I don't like that the project manager allowed excuses for Michael and his poor behavior. This company is truly great though, and would definitely hire Bruce L****, Project Manager and Baron M******** to finish my projects at my facility with experience. Michael is a complete write off and should be termination.

I'm a bit late with this review as the work was done over a year and half ago but I've been wanting to post for a while on how Shanco came to the rescue and to give them a 5 star rating review. This company is the "WORST OF THE WORST". The guy was at my home to give an estimate and was giggling and making jokes to himself. Called him several times and each time he said he'll get back. NEVER CALLED BACK. Asked to speak with the owner Shannon "Michael" A****** and the receptionist refused my request. Is the owner, Shannon "Michael" ******* the same guy. Meantime, my roof is getting worst with each passing storm. I am perplexed as why he didn't call back to let me know if they can perform the repairs.

I had used Shanco prior to this with no problem. However, for this roof repair project, Michael promptly returned my call with a date for him to come out to give me an estimate. He came out as planned. But about a month later, I still hadn’t heard from him. When I called, the woman was apologetic and helpful and within a few days, I had my quote. Maybe Michael was sick? I have no idea. No reason for the delay was given. For that reason I gave them a not so good rating. It’s unfortunate bc their work seemed good.

This is a review of a Michael, an employee of Shanco, not of the company, although the latter is necessarily implicated. Michael made a good first impression: he showed up in perfect time, examined carefully the roof and siding of our home, diagnosed with authority the problems without beating around the bushes, offered a reasonable estimate, and provided me with the samples of the siding to help with the approval of the project by the Architectural Committee of the community.
