We have used Shanco for many years and always pleased with the results. Shanco replaced the siding on our home a few years ago and we needed an adjustment for new exterior construction. They were able to complete the work earlier than anticipated due to a cancellation. The work was completed in less than a day! The latest installation was new windows and sliding doors. Quality of the windows/doors are very good and the installation was performed efficiently and little fuss. Thanks Shanco!

Shanco has the technicians to do any home repair job needed. Their techs are well trained, polite and come on time. Their costs are also very reasonable. I was also very impressed with the office staff. They listened to my question(s) / concern(s), were able to direct me to the proper department and they took it upon themselves to follow-up after the work was complete.

Shanco Company did a full roof replacement on my home. Specialist Ben S******* was awesome to work with and my first point of contact with Shanco. Chrissie and Becky in Customer Service were great at helping with scheduling. Project Manager, Galo M***** was in touch throughout the day addressing and resolving any concerns throughout the day. I also must add that at the end of the day I received a link to a photo gallery consisting of 67 pictures showing the process and final product! Thanks for a beautiful new roof.

What a good experience, from start to finish, Salesman Steve Harmon met with us several times and after comparing proposal from other contractors we felt confident that Shanco would give us what we needed in the way of the finished product and best price. Then our project manager, Bruce Lemon, clearly communicated how and when they would perform the roof replacement. They managed the effort without any issues in one day, just as he said they would. You will be in good hands with that team!

Overall, the roofing and gutter replacement performed by Shanco was top notch. I don't think they spent enough time cleaning up after the project was complete. I found numerous nails and other debris on my property after the job. Many nails were on my driveway and a month later, I'm still looking for nails. One problem that contributed to the overall mess, was the tarp they use to catch debris coming off of the roof had many holes of various sizes. Extremely professional company. Everyone I dealt with from front office personnel to the roofing crew were excellent. Any questions I asked were answered quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely use the company again should the need arise.

I was pleasantly surprised with Shanco because I had never heard of them before and did not what to expect. I am so happy I had the pleasure to work with them because they are professional, friendly, and helped me with the insurance process tremendously! I can’t say enough about our experience with the SHANCO staff. Our Project Consultant, Dan Haske, understood our time constraints and worked overtime to give us our roofing estimate. When it came time to draw up a contract, his advice was greatly appreciated. Shanco did a wonderful job replacing my basement door. The technician was punctual , polite, and completed the job on time. Everyone in the office is professional and kind. I highly recommend them.
