Shanco did an excellent job replacing our deteriorated cedar shake roof with a new GAF Camelott II archtectural asphalt roof. We live in an HOA and Shanco's Steve Harmon worked with our HOA and the roofing committee for over a year to develop consensus and a final decision on the roof material and color for the HOA. We were very impressed with the way Galo, Marco, and the crew did the work. They came very early and ended late to finish the job in one day. They also cleaned and took away all the debris. The roof in our home has different levels so is more complicated. Galo and Marco were always supervising the job, and their crew did a good job. Shanco recently replaced my roof and window shutters. They made a job that I had been dreading as easy and painless as possible. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional, from the estimator who wrote up the proposal, to the office staff, the project managers and schedulers, and the crews who did the work. After receving several estimates on replacement gutters, I decided to go with Shanco. Their estimate was not the lowest but it was close to the other estimates and my neighbor recommended them. I liked that the company representative was very pleasant and not high-pressure. Shanco replaced my gutters in April 2021. Communication was very easy. Shanco in my view was very professional and produced great work. They've got this work down to a fine science and I couldn't believe how quickly roof was done. I also noticed a thorough clean-up afterwards going thru the yard and flower bed a few times to be sure no nails or anything left behind. I Highly recommended this company.
