Pleased with the job and the time frame. Did a good job and a good cleanup and people were friendly.
After receving several estimates on replacement gutters, I decided to go with Shanco. Their estimate was not the lowest but it was close to the other estimates and my neighbor recommended them. I liked that the company representative was very pleasant and not high-pressure. Shanco replaced my gutters in April 2021. Communication was very easy. Shanco in my view was very professional and produced great work. They've got this work down to a fine science and I couldn't believe how quickly roof was done. I also noticed a thorough clean-up afterwards going thru the yard and flower bed a few times to be sure no nails or anything left behind. I Highly recommended this company. Shanco replaced our roof once before and we needed to do it again. Since the project is an expensive one, we checked other estimates and they were the same or higher. Shanco has always been responsible and reliable so we chose to go with them again. We were pleased with the work.
The folks at Shanco are friendly and knowledgeable. They responded to my emails and provided amazing service. The crew arrived on time, were very considerate of my property, they worked quickly and cleaned up my yard when the job was complete. I had a very old roof, they replaced the worn-out plywood and took pictures of the roof as the job was in process.
