Had Tree Trimmers come out and clean up our trees, one of the limbs came down on top of our roof. Made an appointment with sales Rep Randy W**** (very polite and knowledgeable and explained the whole process). He was there the next day accessed the roof and found a hole that pierced the roof and shingles. While on site they made a temporary repair so we would have no further leaks until they got back with the permeant repair. Once material arrived they called and made an appointment to cpt the job. They responded promptly to fix a small leak. Also proved a very good detailed explanation for a replacement roof. The estimator was very professional and helped me with a lot of questions and comparisons and explained all the options. The workers were prompt and efficient.

Pamela S. The contractor Jeff Y. was very knowledgeable, and professional in how he dealt with estimating the job, with us as customers, and with the adjuster. His team also did an excellent job from start to finish taking pictures where necessary, and taking great pains to protect our property during the process of removing the old roof, and installing our new roof. The Project Manager did a great job in managing his team, and ensuring that the cleanup was thoroughly done. Kudos to the entire time! We are truly satisfied!

Kudos to Derrick for being so wonderful from day one! We found Derrick to be extremely knowledgeable, very professional, honest, and super responsive in answering all of our questions. When filing the insurance claim, Derrick took the lead and was most helpful with handling our claim. The purchase of our new roof was seamless from start to finish. I found Shanco's salesman Steve H***** knowledgeable and helpful. Galo's crew worked quickly in the heat, and carefully cleaned the debris. They thoroughly photographed damage found and their work. I'm very pleased with my new skylights and roof!

I worked with Mike Hilderbrand on my initial meeting with Shanco. He was very patient in working up the estimate for both a new roof and siding which were both affected by a storm. I liked his recommendation for the roof shingle and color, and now that it is finished, I am very pleased with the choice. I am also pleased with the workmanship of everyone on the Shanco team.
