SOLAR SHINGLES ? In March 2022, I went to a home show specifically looking for a company that installed solar shingles. Of the many roofing companies at this home show, only one ? Excellent work repairing a painted wood shed, replaced deteriorated pieces, installed vinyl siding and trim. Replaced shingle roof on shed with membrane and replaced deteriorated door with new door painted to match and added more secure locking mechanism. Very satisfied with work at a very fair price.

The Shanco team delivered at each point. Evaluating the cost, choosing the materials, picking a date, helping with the insurance. The whole experience was totally professional and very satisfying to see such a big job handled so well with every aspect. We had Shanco install siding and gutters for our home. We are very impressed with this company from start to finish. We didn't realize the detail that goes into installing siding and gutters. This team worked like clock work. While they were working the materials were always kept organized and neat. First they took down the old siding that was 50! years old. I had my reservation about dealing with a solitaire coming to my door trying to do business however Nolan Brown convinced me otherwise. He told there was wind damage in the area in May that cause some of my neighbors roof damage so he ask if he can check mine, which I was questioned but allowed because he said if so your insurance will have to look into and fix or replace your roof. These guys are pros. From start to finish. This is my second home to have the roof replaced by Shanco. I was impressed not only by the quality of materials and work on the first replacement, but also their follow up service. There were a couple of issues, however Shanco's response and corrections were prompt and spot on. This was instrumental in my decision to consider them for this project. From Derrick Sieber to Bruce Lemon, these professionals confirmed that I had made the right decision.

Shanco did an excellent job both with the roofing installation work and dealing with my difficult insurance company. Morgan did an excellent job during the initial phase (estimation and dealing with the insurance company). Alejandro Alvarado did an excellent job during the final phase(roof installation). I would hire this company without any second thought!!! Professional, Knowledgeable and Reliable!!!

I was very satisfied with the fine job accomplished by Shanco. Nolan did a excellent job with the estimate and dealing with my insurance company. Saundra was very effective in coordinating with my gutter service. Alejandro provided excellent service in managing his crew to deliver the finished roof and in cleaning up the debris from the old roof. His crew provided great technical skill in delivering the finished product. The job was completed in a timely fashion.
