I had my flat roof replaced by Shanco in mid-July, 2023. Collectively, the job was done well and finished quickly; taking just over a day to complete. I believe, however, that the clean up could have been more thorough. I found obvious piles of small stones - coming from the roof that was replaced - in the grass in the side yard. Not a huge problem, just a bit inconvenient to clean up. Be that as it may, I have a completely new flat roof and I'm very happy. Thank you Shanco.

Shanco did a great job installing my roof,,everything. was done professionally,from installation to cleaning up after. They (salesman, project managers, and workers) were very professional, explained the technical details of replacing our roof, showed up on time, met all milestones in their proposal, and produced a quality replacement roof. Several companies came to look at my roof. Shanco gave an excellent diagnosis of the issue, explained how it should be fixed, and everyone who came to work on it was professional and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased.
Simply the best. Total professionals from day one. I got my 29 year old roof replacement for the cost of my deductible. They really went to bat for me as we worked together through dealing with the insurance claim. Pablo was awesome and really knew his stuff. Shanco's bid was the lowest of four I received. Everyone, from sales through installation, was very professional and responsive. They use top brand materials and did the job in one roofing in one day and the gutters/leaders on another, The crews did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.

Shanco is a great company. I had my roof replaced in 2022, and my windows, sliding glass doors replaced in 2023. They did an excellent job. Everyone was very helpful including the office staff. Mr. Dan H****, Mr. G***, and Mr. A******** were very knowledgeable, and patient. The work team came early in the morning and finished the job as they promised. I am very pleased with them.I highly recommend Shanco to anyone in need of a new roof or windows and doors.
