I was pleased from the beginning to the end of my roof installation experience. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. Stefan Eliopoulos was my go-to person when the job first started. I was able to contact him with questions and he replied quickly. Also questions regarding my gutters and down sprout. Shanco did a great job replacing the roofs on my house and garage, and they finished both projects in one day. The staff in the office and the on-site crew were courteous and thorough in every detail. If anyone I know plans to have exterior work done on their home, I'll recommend that they get an estimate from Shanco.

I had my flat roof replaced by Shanco in mid-July, 2023. Collectively, the job was done well and finished quickly; taking just over a day to complete. I believe, however, that the clean up could have been more thorough. I found obvious piles of small stones - coming from the roof that was replaced - in the grass in the side yard. Not a huge problem, just a bit inconvenient to clean up. Be that as it may, I have a completely new flat roof and I'm very happy. Thank you Shanco.

Shanco did a great job installing my roof,,everything. was done professionally,from installation to cleaning up after.
