From the initial phone contact to the sales **** ******** to the entire team that came everyone was very professional. Had both soffit overhang replacement and a roof replacement and both teams were excellent in their work. Worked with my schedule to get things done. ****, the senior project manager, was superb in explaining and in follow through. Would definitely consider them in the future for work and recommend them to anyone as well.

********* and his crew removed my old roof, installed new roofing and solar shingles, and at the end of the day left nothing behind but a rubber band or two in the grass. The roof looks great, the crew was efficient and professional, and they followed up with the gutter installation the next day. I would happily recommend Shanco to my friends and neighbors.

I was pleased from the beginning to the end of my roof installation experience. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. Stefan Eliopoulos was my go-to person when the job first started. I was able to contact him with questions and he replied quickly. Also questions regarding my gutters and down sprout. Shanco did a great job replacing the roofs on my house and garage, and they finished both projects in one day. The staff in the office and the on-site crew were courteous and thorough in every detail. If anyone I know plans to have exterior work done on their home, I'll recommend that they get an estimate from Shanco.
