I found Shanco's salesman Steve H***** knowledgeable and helpful. Galo's crew worked quickly in the heat, and carefully cleaned the debris. They thoroughly photographed damage found and their work. I'm very pleased with my new skylights and roof!

I worked with Mike Hilderbrand on my initial meeting with Shanco. He was very patient in working up the estimate for both a new roof and siding which were both affected by a storm. I liked his recommendation for the roof shingle and color, and now that it is finished, I am very pleased with the choice. I am also pleased with the workmanship of everyone on the Shanco team. Based on our previous experience on a small roof project working with Mike of Shanco company, we asked Mike again for replacing my roof. Mike gave us a compatible price. Mike and his product team were very professional and did a great job. They tendered every question I had along the process. My roof is beautiful and we absolutely love it!! Shanco did an excellent job on our roof, which needed new shingles, some decking, and several new vents. Despite the pandemic, they were able schedule and complete the job efficiently, and the entire process felt very seamless. Derrick was particularly helpful and patient during the appraisal process, and Khoa and his team did an excellent job on the day. Beginning with Steve Harmon as the salesperson and face of the company as I was seeking appraisals and proposals for my roof replacement, and ending with Galo as Project Manager overseeing the work which was performed by Eduvijes and her team of roofers, the experience was top notch and exceeded my expectations. We chose GAF Timberline HDZ High Definition Lifetime Shingles with a GAF synthetic underlayment (rather than the felt paper) but there was no "hard sell" on any of our choices.
