Beginning with Steve Harmon as the salesperson and face of the company as I was seeking appraisals and proposals for my roof replacement, and ending with Galo as Project Manager overseeing the work which was performed by Eduvijes and her team of roofers, the experience was top notch and exceeded my expectations. Shanco did an excellent job replacing our deteriorated cedar shake roof with a new GAF Camelott II archtectural asphalt roof. We live in an HOA and Shanco's Steve Harmon worked with our HOA and the roofing committee for over a year to develop consensus and a final decision on the roof material and color for the HOA. We were very impressed with the way Galo, Marco, and the crew did the work. They came very early and ended late to finish the job in one day. They also cleaned and took away all the debris. The roof in our home has different levels so is more complicated. Galo and Marco were always supervising the job, and their crew did a good job.
