Shanco representatives were professional and provided high quality service and workmanship. I was impressed with the attractiveness of my new roof. The salesman, Mike B****, was very personable and helped get my claim approved through my insurance company. Steve H***** did an amazing job of explaining to us the whole process of getting a new roof. When we were scheduled to get the work done, everything went according to plan. The new roof looks great. The clean up was done well. Shanco may not be the least expensive roofer, but they do quality work.

Jeff Y. was extremely patient and helpful in leading me through the reroofing process, from beginning to end. On the day the roof was replaced, Galo, Carlos and their crew were prompt and professional throughout, did a great job and left our property cleaner than it was when they arrived. Galo and Carlos took the time to answer all my questions. Carlos gave extra attention to address a problem we were having and offered some helpful advice about a non-roofing related issue.

Most of our neighbors changed their roofs years ago. This year we decided to replace our roof. We carefully choose and interviewed 3 roof companies. At the end, we chose Shanco. Steve Harmon came to us twice patiently explained the what works involved in a roof replacement, and introduced us different grades of materials. He recommended us the best materials which covers under warranty for 50 years in materials and 10 years for labors, which other companies cannot match. Shanco seems to have hired/kept happy and good people.... read more

I got a letter from Shanco company in June 2021 and it said there are hail damages in our area. Most of my neighbors had the roof replacements due to hail damages in 2016. I call them and Barron the sales representative came and submitted the claim to my insurance company. He did a great job and my insurance company approved the claim. And I got the approval from my HOA and paid the deposit to Shanco. Several weeks later the roofing materials were delivered and 20 people came next day and finished in 1 day. Derrick, the Sales Manager , was very thorough in taking pictures of the damages on the roof, showing me samples of the materials they would use, and explaining the whole process of the repairs. Bruce, the Project Manager, was very professional and formative from the time the team arrived and during the repairs. He and the team did an excellent job covering the house with tarp to prevent damage to the house, my bushes and flowers. Had Tree Trimmers come out and clean up our trees, one of the limbs came down on top of our roof. Made an appointment with sales Rep Randy W**** (very polite and knowledgeable and explained the whole process). He was there the next day accessed the roof and found a hole that pierced the roof and shingles. While on site they made a temporary repair so we would have no further leaks until they got back with the permeant repair. Once material arrived they called and made an appointment to cpt the job.
