Did a great job correcting issues with my newer home’s ridge caps and vent pipe boots that a Ryan Homes subcontractor didn’t install correctly. I couldn’t get Ryan to acknowledge their sub screwed up my installations and they wanted me to jump through way too many ridiculous hoops to prove it just to CONSIDER helping me, leaving me fully on the hook to repair of worsening storm damage that resulted from the original poor installation work. I strongly recommend SHANCO . The employees are very professional and respectful.The work they did for me was well done. I have nothing to complain about. This is the second time l have used SHANCO . And l like doing business with them. The whole team Steve, Bedel and another one was kind and knowledgeable . They did a fabulous job with the clean up. I will definitely use them again if l need something done.

Shanco did an amazing job installing a new roof for my townhouse. The entire process including estimate, scheduling and the installation itself was a pleasure. Prior to providing the estimate, they provided details of what would be done and why. The written estimate included detailed information as well as information regarding several different options I has asked about. We could not have been happier with our experience with Shanco. Steve H***** was our project manager. The entire process went smoothly and they ambeat their delivery date. The installation crew was on time and worked efficiently and the roof looked great. We couldn’t even tell they had been there after they left. I saved this for last. Shanco was also the best price we received.

Got a new roof and later added gutters, and Shanco's work and professionalism were fantastic. They kept us informed every step of the way, and came in way below the costs quoted to us by others working in this field. Ironically, we're about to move to a new house now, and we are thankful that our warranty is tranferable! Should be a real selling point. We plan on using Shanco again for the roof maintenance needed at our new home too. Recommend Shanco without hesitation.

Excellent work and wonderful people to work with. When I asked them to hook up rubber hosing at the bottom of the new gutters they had already done it! I never bother complimenting a job but this company was exceptional. I also was impressed by their original quote. Not only did they produce a written quote, as everyone did, but they included pictures of my roof with additional pictures of houses with new roofs and gutters.
