SHANCO is really a great company, Everyone of them are Great !! From project manager and all managers are Great. I cannot believe how quickly, professionally, and skillfully the team worked. When doing a complete tear-off of a slate roof and a reinstall on a pretty large roof, I would have expected a week of disruption. I was concerned about "what if it rained during the process?" Seems like the Shanco way is to have 2x to 3x the normal number of workers on a crew. The workers showed up at 7 AM and worked the first day until 7:30 PM.
