Simply the best. Total professionals from day one. I got my 29 year old roof replacement for the cost of my deductible. They really went to bat for me as we worked together through dealing with the insurance claim. Pablo was awesome and really knew his stuff. The crew was 9 men and they did my 3000 sq/ft house in a day!!! Very pleased and highly recommend them!!! Rick in Mechanicsville VA

Shanco's bid was the lowest of four I received. Everyone, from sales through installation, was very professional and responsive. They use top brand materials and did the job in one roofing in one day and the gutters/leaders on another, The crews did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.

Shanco is a great company. I had my roof replaced in 2022, and my windows, sliding glass doors replaced in 2023. They did an excellent job. Everyone was very helpful including the office staff. Mr. Dan H****, Mr. G***, and Mr. A******** were very knowledgeable, and patient. The work team came early in the morning and finished the job as they promised. I am very pleased with them.I highly recommend Shanco to anyone in need of a new roof or windows and doors.

Justin V****** with Shanco Roofing has been absolutely amazing through this whole process. He came out did the inspection, walked me through the filing process with our insurance and even met the adjuster there to answer any questions that they had. SHANCO is really a great company, Everyone of them are Great !! From project manager and all managers are Great. From the beginning signing up the contract until the day the whole team came early and worked so hard the whole day until the sky was about getting dark, they worked hard and very seriously got the work done and done well, excellent work, very beautiful, they were so nice and gentle to me. I cannot believe how quickly, professionally, and skillfully the team worked. When doing a complete tear-off of a slate roof and a reinstall on a pretty large roof, I would have expected a week of disruption. I was concerned about "what if it rained during the process?" Seems like the Shanco way is to have 2x to 3x the normal number of workers on a crew. The workers showed up at 7 AM and worked the first day until 7:30 PM.
