Great job. Repaired trim and capped all trim around bay windows. Completed on schedule and looks great.
The work quality and service I received from Shanco were outstanding throughout my roof and gutter replacement project.
They performed the work (replacing 22 windows) exactly as we discussed and did a great job. Love the new windows. Shanco also replaced the roof on my barn last summer and did a great job. Highly recommend them.
This was to repair our roof due to damage (hole in roof) from a fallen tree limb. The estimate was done quickly and was reasonable. The repair team came exactly on schedule and made the repaid without any problems.
They were not honest and blew me off after coming to my home for an estimate on my roof(s). I question their evaluation of my one roof?They ignored several of my phone calls and did NO follow up. I would not recommend dealing with them in *************, ****

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience with Feazel. The sales *** used high-pressure, bullying sales tactics and simply would not take no for an answer. I ***eatedly told him that I was not signing anything that day and that I wanted to get other quotes before making a decision. Extremely shady. Will not stop coming to my door pretending to know my neighbors and trying to scam me into buying a new roof. Solicitation is illegal in my neighborhood and there are signs up and this company will not stop sending these ************************************************** and pretend to be my friend. I want it to stop.

A Shanco representative misrepresented the state of my roof and tried to sell me something we didn't need. On July 25, 2026, a Shanco representative came to my home to assess a leaking roof. He was unable to find the source of the leak, but told me that our roof does not have a ridge cap vent and sent me a quote for $2309 for Shanco to install the ridge cap vent. Feazel is a sales company and not a roofing contractor. They actually committed an illegal act by requiring me to pay 50% upfront for their roof contract and Ohio Revised Code Section ******* strictly limits upfront deposits to 10% for projects over $25,000 so I placed a formal complaint with *********************. Their hyper aggressive sales efforts included telling me the price was only good for the day when the back of the proposal point 7 clearly shows the pricing is good for 90 days once offered.
