Getting a crown is an intimidating thought, but I need not have been anxious. Dianne gave me a thorough, but quick review of what the process involved. Dr. Thiel also explained my role as each step was completed. I had NO PAIN at all during the entire procedure. He is quite an expert at numbing the area being treated without even a twinge of pain. It is wonderful to complete the entire crown in one visit. As the numbing wore off, my bite felt completely normal! Outstanding! I can hardly wait until I need another one!... read more

As always, Dr. Thiel and his assistant, Diane, gave me plenty of time and attention. They are always very professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. Before I leave, he always asks if I have any questions, and tells me to let them know if I have any problems. I was also impressed with how well prepared they are as far as following protocol for a safe environment during this pandemic. I felt very safe being there.
