I broke a piece of my tooth off on a popcorn kernel. I arrived at the office at 7:30 am for a crown to save further damage to the molar. With absolutely no pain or discomfort I left the office at 9:30 am with a completed crown! Covid-19 protocol was strictly followed and I felt safe and well protected. I was able to chew food immediately and had no discomfort the rest of the day. Impressive experience !

My experience was just like it always is "great". With the added things to their daily routine the staff are still as nice and personable as ever. They don't let the protective gear get in the way of treating their clients. I always feel that they take the time to ask how you are doing and they really listen to what you have to say. Dr. Thiel and his entire staff takes numerous precautions to protect his patients and staff. His staff is so professional and kind. At my last visit my hygienist found a loose crown so he, with the help of his staff, dropped everything else and fixed it immediately! They did not want me to take a chance of swallowing it. This team is rated five stars⭐️

Very clean and sanitized office and strictly following the guidelines. Personal time spent asking if I was comfortable and the hygienist explained any new/different procedure such as the suctioning of the water. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
