I was very satisfied with the updates to our bathrooms. The outcome was better then I hoped and would definitely recommend using Simple Bath for those friends who are looking to remodel.

I've lived in this house for over 20 years and I've had several remodeling experiences. This is the first one where everything went like clockwork and there were no issues with the work performed. I'm very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Simple Bath, as well as the results of the bathroom remodel. I didn't think it was possible to have such a positive remodeling experience.

My new shower looks terrific! In the showroom, the sales staff were quite helpful with my selections. Come the install day, the installers were careful as well as efficient and courteous. I am beyond pleased!

From initial phone call, to meeting with Designer Dave Johnson, to having work done by the best crew consisting of Cecile Jr, Chris and John, everything regarding my bathroom remodel went smoothly. I loved my choice options and was pleased that I had so many choices. The install crew was polite, friendly, and they maintained the cleanest work site I have seen in quite a while. We love our new bathrooms!! They are beautiful & so easy to keep fresh and clean. We are having fun making them perfect with rugs, art, candles, etc. Every person involved was very professional & friendly. The short time it took to complete was impressive.

I would like to say the I sales rep Randy was great to work with. I love the quality of the materials of my new shower. I did not really like the way the installers left a mess. They work they did was professional and they were personable but did not care about my carpet, floors or garage. Covering my steps with a dirty canvas tarp was not appreciated.
Your installers Cellie & Jayden were outstanding, always kept us in the loop daily, treated my house like theirs, in today's working climate they are exceptional we were blessed with these two. Elizabeth Thompson is also a special employee on your team she helps us all thru the process. I feel you are lucky to have these three employees that represent your company in such a positive way.
