The installers did a great job. They got the work done in 1 day. We appreciate how thoughtful they were about cleaning up, how well they worked together and their cheerfulness.

Rob and his associate were very efficient thoughout the entire project. They both kept us informed and answered any questions we had at any time. They kept us up dated in all the steps. Rob was very good about asking us went it came time to place items in the shower concerning height of the safety bars, foot rest etc. They both cleaned the area up before leaving for the day. We LOVE our new bathroom, it made such a night and day difference . Thank You Connie & John

This was our 3rd time with Simple Bath. Every time has been perfect. This time was no different starting with Elizabeth to our install team led by Mr Bill himself. Elizabeth kept us to date from the planning, ordering and install schedule. Install team was great. Making sure the path to the bathroom was covered and cleaned up afterwards as if they were never there. Even though we are waiting on a new drawer and some grab bars. We love our new bathrooms. Yes that is correct. We had both bathrooms done one right after the other. We used simple bath a good 10 years ago on our master bath at our other home and really loved the products. So it was hands down that we would use Simple Bath for our new baths in our new condo.The gentlemen and I mean gentlemen were extremely polite and helpful when it came time to put the grab bars at the proper height.
