Celie, Greg and Sean were wonderful and worked efficiently. Celie answered all my questions with respect and humor. I enjoyed their company and loved the work they did. I would highly recommend Simple Bath to anyone!
The men were gentlemen at all times. My bath is a walk thru the closet. I asked if they needed me to move the closes and was told no. Do you know how much dust there was thru the entire condo I am still fighting the dust. Sometimes it feels like I am smothered.If they had said cover everything that you can It would have helped.Also one of them left their gloves in the garage they can pick them up any time The shower looks great I love it.
We're happy with the shower. It looks great and the installation was done well. We appreciate Dave Johnson working with us to stay within our budget.

Chris and Dovron are very personable. Cleaned up everyday and took all of the construction debris with them which was appreciated. They were very concerned about our opinion on things. Very happy with the results

Overall the experience was good. We had a new shower, flooring and tub installed. There were small details that were left undone or left for us to clean up/fix; gaps in the grout around the perimeter, red marks on the flooring from measuring, the tub has leaked since it's install (waiting on a 2nd trip out to repair) drywall left unfinished, and no painting. Logan and Will were very professional and kept us well informed on their progress. The overall installation went without a hitch and we are now in the process of painting and trim. I am struggling a bit to get the mounting covers on the grab rail in the shower/tub snapped in place. Is there any trick besides brute force and ignorance to get this done?
Everyone from the sales team to the installers were great. Shawn was very patient and helpful while I made decisions. He showed up on installation day to check on how things were progressing. The installers, Daniel and Andrew were very pleasant and went about their job efficiently. My questions were answered very well, The shower is beautiful. Michelle was always helpful and very nice. Matt the consultant was very helpful guiding me with my choices for my small bath redo. He even stopped by on day of installation to make sure that things were going well. Chris and Dovran, the installers were wonderful. They were very pleasant and took the time to answer any questions I had and kept me informed with each step. Very happy I chose SImple Bath.
