Great customer service and quality work done in a day
The installation crew was on time, efficient and professional. The finished product looks great. There is a very tiny scratch on the bottom of the tub, not noticeable until we were wiping the bottom of the tub to clean/dry it. Didn't know if this is something that could be a problem in the future. As I said, this isn't noticeable when you look at the tub. You only notice it when you are drying the tub.
We love our new bathrooms! Your design consultant “Elizabeth” is the best and was very helpful in the process. The installers were thorough, professional and kept us updated during the entire process. Daniel Alkire (Leader) and Andrew Gibson are sterling examples that every employer would wish to have on their staff, in my opinion! We appreciate you sending these professional installers to remodel both of our bathrooms and would recommend them to anyone! Michelle was wonderful too!
Jonathan and Caleb were very efficient during the process and kept me informed of any updates and progress of the installation each day. Very satified withn the results.
We knew our bathroom needed done, and knowing the river recommended Simple Bath made it an easy first choice to check. The show room staff was always pleasant to work with. I was extremely happy with the entire process of getting our shower redone with Simple Bath! They were extremely professional, easy to talk to, and did not put any pressure on you. Sadly high pressure sales with now only deals is all to common these days. But, Simple Bath, does NOT do that. Started on time but took longer to finish from what I expected. The wrong size cabinet took additional time to reorder. Other than that, it looks great and are pleased with the final outcome.

The installers, Celie Sr. And crew, did a great job of removing the old iron tub and surround. It was done with little fuss and not a great deal of dust. The new shower was installed in less than half a day. The crew was very professional and pleasant. From dealing with sales rep, Randy Treneff, with his no pressure sales, to the install I was very happy that we chose Simple Bath.
We were pleased with the entire process of dealing with Simple Bath. Dave who met with us i to ally was very informative and was the quarterback in helping us make the decision to go with Simple Bath. The two young gentleman who did the install were polite and worked diligently to complete the process. We would welcome them back for any other project if we chose to do so.
