From the start, the staff of Simple Bath made the process and completed project most enjoyable. From the showroom personnel, to Randy, ending with Celie and his team I was treated with respect and felt I was working with family. The walk-in shower is awesome. Thanks

Everything went very well! Logan, the installer, was very pleasant, professional and polite. He kept us informed as he went along and worked to keep any inconvenience at a minimum.
Very pleased overall. Nice people and very quick. Glass just got installed yesterday. Looks nice but I thought the way the door opens was going to be the other way (open left vs right… not the way it was). Not a huge issue just thought ild share.

Elizabeth was a great sales representative, very responsive, no pressure but kept me apprised of all necessary dates. In terms of the installation, Daniel and Andy were a terrific team. Daniel kept me informed of progress and involved me when needed. They always left the house and the workspace very clean. Everyone was organized, kept to the promised schedule, and was very professional. Very customer service oriented.
The shower looks great. The crew that installed it were very careful and did a great job.
The installers did a great job. They got the work done in 1 day. We appreciate how thoughtful they were about cleaning up, how well they worked together and their cheerfulness.
