Amazing experience from the first contact with Elizabeth to the finished project. I didn't feel pressured into buying whatsoever. Elizabeth was so helpful and the installers, Chris and Jordan were fantastic. They did a wonderful job. Next year when we upgrade our other bathroom, I want to work with this great team again!! Outstanding! I could not be more pleased with the quality of the product and service provided throughout the process. My installation crew was professional, thorough and thoughtful. Aside from a few minor errors that were fixed expediently, I love my finished master bath! All employees and installers were very friendly and nice.

It was a great & SIMPLE experience. Our showroom visits were educational and efficient. Communications leading up to install day were clear and helpful. Install day was as described - the team arrived on time, were very respectful of our home (floors, walls, etc ), let us know how things were going and walked us through the final product before they left - in less than a full day!! Thank you to Shawn, Michelle, John, Caleb, and William!
Our designer, Elizabeth, was very helpful in choosing the right fixtures for our style. She explained how the process worked and made sure the list of products was double checked. Chris, our lead installer, was prompt each day of our remodel. The crew was friendly, respectful of our home and efficient. We felt very comfortable working with them. We are very pleased with the final result and certainly will recommend Simple Bath. They were professional and finished the project on time.
The Simple Bath crew of Chris and Jordan did a fantastic job. They were punctual, explained everything each day that they were working on and reviewed the project with us at the end of each day. Cleaned everything up at the end of each day also. These guys worked hard and were very professional. Great crew. Thanks Chris and Jordan for your attention to detail!
The a Simple Bath install crew were outstanding! From beginning to end, they were punctual, efficient, effective, courteous and professional! One day shower installation, as promised, and they cleaned up after themselves and left a beautiful new shower in place! I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job done on time, on budget and one that leaves the neighbors envious!
