This remodel was the second visit for Chris who oversaw the project. His co-worker, Dave assisted in the project. We had a little different experience as our project was for a new tub, surround and flooring as the main project. Our master bath was remodeled in October 2023. Chris and Jason completed this job. We did have an issue with the flooring and Chris and Dave pulled up the floor and replaced it. We are very pleased with the end result. We have two beautiful remodeled bathrooms upstairs!

Sales person was knowledgeable and very nice. Installers were on time and preformed the job quickly. For a tub to shower conversion they were in and out in under 6 hours. Looks wonderful.

Chris and the installation crew were excellent. They cleaned up every day, and had useful instructions about everything. They were respectful of our needs. And the work was professionally done. Our salesman, Shawn, was very helpful in making the initial decision and choosing the product. All in all, a good experience from start to finish.

Your staff did a wonderful job on this project. Our Bath Design Consultant, Randy Treneff , went over all of the options we had and make our final design decision easy. He also followed up with us as the project progressed including site visits. The electrical contractors, Kevin, came out a few days before and installed the electrical equipment that we had ordered and did a great job in a short time. The crew arrived in the time frame that was given to us. They worked steadily and took care not to damage any of the areas of our house as they traveled in and out to get their materials and tools. From the sales to the installers the entire job went very smooth. The bathroom looks fresh and new now! We are glad we chose your company for our bathroom remodel job.

Our master bath plumbing blew up. We love our kids, and we teach them that sharing is important, but sharing a bathroom with them was the f*ing WOOOORRRRSST!!! Once we found Simple Bath, things couldn't have gone smoother. Dave was friendly and responsive in quarterbacking our project from start to finish.
