The installers were great and helped us to make the right decisions on the hand holds. Tbey were friendly and very polite. Thanks for everything.

We are so pleased with the results of this project. Team lead Rob and his team, John and Jordan, were great to work with. The process was smooth. The wait time before it's scheduled is hard but understood with today's supply issues, staff, etc. The sales and install team were very professional and things went through with only a couple minor glitches. The service tech had to come back on Monday because I changed out the flooring from what was installed. This was because the actual flooring was not at all what the sample was. From time we came to show room spoke to Michelle, to our sales person Dave, whom is knowledgeable and personable person, feel we gained new friend, even our dog who don’t like strangers in house loved him. The trio crew were great. They were very precise.on time daily..

The guys did a good job for the most part. . Our project was a bathroom update minus the shower since we like our shower as is. They completed the job in one and a half days. We overall liked the work except for a couple of items. There is at least one gap where the new flooring doesn’t go under the quarter round at the bottom of the baseboard, where water can get in. Wow! I couldn't have had a better experience. Randy, the design consultant, helped guide me with selections of materials that would be right for my bathroom and came to my home the final day of renovations to see how everything had come out and how the experience was for me.
