I had my master bath completely remodeled and the experience was great. Simple Bath set my expectations every step of the way and met or exceeded those expectations. Brian, Nick, and Paul were courteous and fun to be around. They cleaned each day before leaving and included me in needed decisions. Customer Service is a big deal to me and I have no complaints. We couldn't be more pleased with our new bathroom! Anthony and Logan did an absolutely excellent job. Superb craftsmanship! In addition, they were incredibly respectful of our property, and they went beyond our expectations to create a wonderful new room! The quality of the Onyx and Moen fixtures is first class, the wainscoting looks fabulous, and the whole process helped solve several problem areas! I had a new walk in shower installed on April 4, 2019. The two installers, Celie and Ben were great in how they dismantled my old tub/shower liner and installed my new walk in shower in under a day. There were no surprises in either the instillation or cost of the project. and I am very pleased.
