SimpleBath did a great job with each step of the process, from Elizabeth coming out to talk about options and give us a quote, to the visit to choose materials, to the installation work that Celie and Ben did. Couldn't have been any better, from the beginning with Dave Johnson and picking out the best colors and styles for us to the installation and how smooth the process went Jim, NIck and Daniel were fantastic. The bathroom looks great and we are extremely happy. The installers (Jim, Nick and Daniel) were prompt and courteous. They always cleaned up at the end of each day. Mike Sheets the technician assigned to come out to the house called before he arrived, put on his protective booties since the weather out side was snowy, listen intently to the reason for the call, make the upgrade to correct the problem, cleaned up after himself and before leaving asked if we had any other questions. Excellent experience.

Beginning with a prompt response to my initial contact via Simple Bath website to the final installation, the Simple Bath people were very professional, personable and good listeners. They were interested in what we were looking for and outlined options to fit within that. This review is actually for Simple Kitchen, but I could only locate the Simple Bath site (same company). We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen! The installers, Rex and Kenny, were fantastic. Their attention to detail in their desire to help the client realize a dream kitchen is second to none. I also need to recognize the designer. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. It was so easy for my wife and I to pick the materials and colors from the showroom. Missy was excellent at putting the finishing touches on the color schemes. She couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We got an email with our selections right after we finalized.
