The project is not completed at this time. We had to postpone it due to a death in the Simple Bath family. Please check back next month when it is supposed to be complete. Thanks, Chuck Sgandurra

The first time we used the bathtub it leaked and we now have a huge water stain in our kitchen ceiling. Not good! Please get someone out here asap to fix this.

we looked forward to a professional and great experience from your place but recieved subpar treatment and subpar installation not at all what we were promised or hoped for or were lead to believe for which we paid top dollar in our opinion. we had 2 young men arrive to our home with experience but obviously neither was a seasoned professional so we had hoped at least one would come fully experienced for the job ahead which wasn't extreme by any means. we never recieved a photo of either installer or a phone number of who to... read more

Drain was completely stopped. The person who took the order knew we'd had a problem starting in the tub drain. He said Simple Bath would fix it. Shower was installed May19, 20. Installer found a problem at a connection, and thought he had cleared it, but said that he does no drain cleaning. He just installs. I sent a complaint May 21 that the drain was completely clogged. No response by afternoon of May 23 so I had a plumber come. Cost is $402.00. I would like Simple Bath to repay me as they said ahead of time that they... read more

the times make it difficult to get good workers. I understand that. The installer was belligerent, arrogant, and rude. Made it clear that he works for "the company", not me. Couldn't wait to get him out of my house! Who is Missy Hulett???

Had such a great experience when you did our master bath, but this time was anything but SIMPLE. The workmanship was not at all like the last time. Had to have you came back several times after the initial install to correct problems. Was going to have you do our kitchen, already have it quoted but not sure that we feel comfortable in having it done now, since this last experience. The install date was June 14 and it took until August 5 to get the problems resolved.

Not impressed. Our shower installers were friendly and polite. However after having them put on a mask when they cam to the door, they removed their masks while working without asking, putting my family at risk and causing me to have to deep clean. They also damaged a newly finished ceiling and door frame. While the sales associate was apologetic and sent them back to fix the damage. The installer was rude on arrival and tried to argue each gouge with me. Then the installer didn't fix all the damage. When I pointed it out he... read more
