It was fast and painless to get our old tub and shower surround transformed into our new sleek-looking tub and shower surround! The design selections were fun and easy (thanks, Dave!) - the pre-installation visit was fast and informative (Tony was super-patient with our follow-up calls) - and the installation day was smooth as silk (at least Brian and Shawn made it seem that way! The installation went fine overall, just a few issues that should have been caught by the installers instead of me, acting as a QA review. Tub had a slight gouge, on the top of the front edge, this should have been caught by the installers - before, rather than after install. Repair will be completed, but not for another two weeks. The floor board in the Main bathroom was cut to short during install and a gap was left between the floor board and the corner piece - you could see past the edge of the floor tile into the ac... read more

The team arrived a little before 9 am and got to work prepping the house to protect flooring/carpeting. They went about their business, only stopping to ask a question here and there. They seemed to each have their area of expertise and appeared to work as a 'fine oiled machine'. Final explanations of warranties/maintenance, etc were handled smoothly before the final payment transaction was performed at 4:45pm. They were a congenial trio and I'm going to enjoy their handiwork for a long time to come!

I want to thank Mr. Mc.Master for the quick response to my report of a valve issue I was experiencing since the install of my new tub etc. I noticed the valve had developed some play and was getting worse. I appreciate you having Mr. Mike Sheets get in touch with me and take a look at what the problem was and found an issue with the valve that was only going to get worse with time.
