Service completed in timely manner. All personnel were very outgoing and helpful.
We are so happy with our remodeled bathroom. Not only are we pleased with the new look but also with the courteous installers. Jeremy and Nick went over and above to make everything perfect.
Everyone was very professional and seemed to sincerely care about the quality of their work. We look forward to using our new bathroom for many years to come.
The end product is great, but even better is still is the professionalism of the staff. From Elizabeth in Sales to Andrew as the team lead of the installation crew. I highly recommend Simple Bath.
Jim D and Daniel did a great job. Arrived on time, friendly greeting and explained what I would expect during the day. Laid down floor/rug protection and started demolition of bath area. Explained any complications that needed my input and finished up second day. Daniel went over do's don'ts and looks great. We are very happy with work performed.
The entire experience blew us out of the water and because of how great it was, it inspired us to take on additional projects throughout our house. Our bathrooms were dated and non-functional and our design consultant, Missy, made the entire process fun and easy. She offered fantastic advice and suggestions to help us have the best possible product. And, she was always available to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable with the process. Great friendly staff and quick turn around time.
The installers were courteous and answered any questions we had to our satisfaction. The shower looks great and we are enjoying it immensely.
The guys that did the install were great! Thank you so much. The sales rep (Elizabeth) even stopped by to be sure I was happy. Great customer service!!
