Everyone from the desk to the chair is friendly and professional. It seems like I almost never have to wait.
Molly was awesome! I brought my 3yo so. In to watch my cleaning g and she made him feel so welcome and involved him in the process! Everyone was friendly and speedy but I never felt rushed...even at a 6:40pm appointment!
Dr. Fox was recommended to me a couple years ago by a friend and neighbor. I have every confidence in Dr. Fox's care and it is a pleasure to have a dentist with a nice and caring personality. I cannot think of anything I would change about the Gentle Dentist practice.
I love that every time I communicate with The Gentle Dentist, whether it is with the office staff, the hygenists, or the dentists themselves, I am always treated with the upmost respect, courtesy, and personalized attention. I never feel like I am being rushed through the appointment and my concerns are always considered. I would recommend the Gentle Dentist to anyone!
Great hygenist and Dr. Willman is fantastic. Not sure what you can do about it, but in some chairs you can hear other patients conversations quite clearly as well as staff conversations.

I had a change in my insurance 2/2015. I gave the man at the desk my new card and explained my insurance changed. The next day, Taylor sp?, left me a message saying I didn't have dental insurance. I called the number on my insurance card and immediately spoke with a representative, who confirmed I have medical, vision, and dental. When I called back, I was told they usually check online.
