I had Jenna clean my teeth for the first time. I was a little apprehensive when I saw how young she was, but as soon as she had done about three of my teeth, I couldn't believe how gentle she was. In fact, a requested her on my records for my future cleanings. I have always loved Dr. Fox, and am happy to see her each time.
Everyone is so friendly and reassuring. I can't think of any changes…..I'm sorry I can't remember my hygienist ….she was great.
Everyone is friendly & helpful......they are always thorough with their work & explain what is being done / why. I've never had to wait past my appointment time, which is a BIG deal too! I think it'd be nice if routine cleaning appointments could be scheduled online (I like the convenience of online scheduling). Otherwise, I have no suggestions to offer.... Great experiences so far (Dr Fox has really helped with a lot of discomfort I had when I came to the practice)!!

Dr. Fox is hands down the best dentist I've ever had. She is kind, considerate, caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. Columbus is lucky to have the Gentle Dentist!
I believe your fees are very expensive. I made an appointment with your practice because my daughter goes here. I just moved her from North Carolina, an 85 years old and do not have dental insurance. I believe $282 for a dental cleaning and x-rays is way out of line. I paid 1/3 of that in North Carolina. I asked if the price could be negotiated and was told flatly no.
I love how wonderfully kind and patient the hygienist and Dr. Baker are with me. They help me feel calmer than I thought I could feel in a dentist's chair!
