I was not fully informed that my insurance did not cover 100% of the visit when being checked in. I filled out the blue paper and signed but I wrote united health care as my insurance as I was unsure of the name at the time. Then the lady saw I worked for express and told me I had MetLife. At that time she should have informed me that I was out of network but wasn't told this until I heckled out and they were charging me $80. Like - Excellent service and the follow up to get my appointments scheduled. Dislike - Appointments are scheduled out weeks in advance due to the popularity of your services. Change - The decor could use some updating, but this is nitpicking. Why I originally chose - The name and the location. Was tired of overly aggressive hygienists. I really like Dr. Bossert. He used metal tools to really get all the tarter off my teeth. I prefer those to the water-sonic Best cleaing ever. THANK YOU!!!!
